How I take care of my ecosystems:
Accordingly to Systems Innovation Network:
“systems gardening is an approach to influencing the development of complex adaptive systems and realizing systems change through working with context. The aim of the systems gardener is to create the context for the emergence of beneficial outcomes. This is done through the use of probing experiments that test where there is potential for the development of beneficial attractors”
My interdisciplinary approach is simple :
I take all the learnings from Nature, my biggest source of inspiration.
We ALL are “the Gardeners”. We all are “the Designers”.
I create the conditions under which positive outcomes and greater impact are possible.
Currently in my toolbox:
Six Frameworks for Action from regeneration.org
Six Lenses Strategy from Lana Jelenjev
Biomimicry Toolbox from the Biomimicry Institute
